His Excellency Mr. Abdenour Khelifi, Ambassador of Algeria to India, has led the Algerian delegation participating in the 20^th session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), held from December 8^th to 13^th December 2025, at the historic site of the “Red Fort” in the Indian capital, New Delhi.
