Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs Mr. Ahmed Attaf on Wednesday held bilateral talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of the sister Republic of Zimbabwe, Mr. Amon Murwira, on the sidelines of his participation in the African Union Executive Council meeting in Addis Ababa.
During the meeting, the two sides explored ways to strengthen the friendship and cooperation ties between Algeria and Zimbabwe, building on the important decisions made by the two countries' presidents during their talks in Algiers last July.
The two ministers also discussed prospects for continued bilateral coordination at the African level on matters of security, development and integration across the continent.
